Managing customer service requests can be quite onerous. The volume of requests often involves large call centres handling hundreds of calls daily. How do you manage the sheer volume of data in an effective manner, especially when you have multiple franchises’ handling the services? There are a myriad of solutions in the market to help manage customer service requests but they didn’t quite fit the bill for what Furniture Medic was looking for.
Furniture Medic was looking for a solution that would help them manage work orders from cradle to grave. In addition, they were looking to expand on the work order management to include franchisee management and the associated financial.
Working with an enthusiastic team from Service Master of Canada, E-magine was able to analyse, design, build and implement and custom work order, franchisee, and financial management system.
We worked closely with Service Master to develop a custom work order management system, used to dispatch agents for Sears, HBC, Staples, and other furniture industry manufacturers.
